Get the app on your iPhone.
Install cleaner10x. Then go back to the page where you paid and tap Open the App. The app opens with your plan.
Not enough space for the app?
Open Settings › General › iPhone Storage › Offload Unused Apps. Offloaded apps keep their documents. Then install cleaner10x.
