10x Limited ("we") runs cleaner10x. This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can do.
Your photos and videos
When you start moving, the app copies the photos and videos in your iPhone's photo library, with their albums, favorites, edits, places and dates, to your Cloud Library. We use them only to keep and show your Cloud Library to you, on your iPhones and on storage10x.com. We do not look at them, sell them, share them or use them to train anything.
Your Cloud Library is on our own computers in the United States (Utah).
Your account
You sign in with Apple. Apple gives us an identifier for your Apple Account and, the first time, your name if you choose to share it. We use your name only to show it to you in the app. We do not use the email address Apple may give us.
Your iPhone's free space
The app reads how much space is free on your iPhone to show you what you can free up. These numbers stay on your iPhone. We do not receive them.
Payments
Apple handles payments in the app and tells us which plan you have. Stripe handles payments on storage10x.com and tells us which plan you bought; we do not receive your card number. Stripe asks for your email address to send your receipt, and we keep Stripe's records of your payment, which include it.
How the app is used
The app tells us about the steps you take in it, such as when you start moving or buy a plan, with an install identifier the app makes, the app's language and, after you sign in, your account. When you came from an ad, Apple tells us which ad campaign it was, without telling us who you are. We keep this in our own records to improve cleaner10x. We use no third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we keep your iPhone's notification token to tell you when a year of photos is in your Cloud Library.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app's settings or in Account on storage10x.com. Your account and your Cloud Library can then no longer be opened by anyone, at once. The stored files stay on our computers, where no one can open them. To have them erased, write to us.
Your rights
You can ask us what we keep about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to support@storage10x.com.
