Is a photo removed from my iPhone before it is in my Cloud Library?
No. A photo is removed only after it is in your Cloud Library, and only when you tap Delete in the iPhone's own dialog. Then iOS keeps it in Recently Deleted for 30 days, until you empty Recently Deleted in the Photos app.
Is this iCloud?
No. Your Cloud Library is your own and does not use your iCloud storage.
I have a new iPhone. How do I get my photos back?
Install the app on the new iPhone and sign in with Apple, with the same Apple Account. Every year comes back.
I bought a plan on storage10x.com. Where is it?
Open the app and sign in with the Apple Account you used on storage10x.com. If the app doesn't find your plan, find your web purchase.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
A plan bought in the app: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. A plan bought on storage10x.com: manage your plan.
How do I download my photos?
In the app, open a photo in Cloud and save it to your iPhone. On a computer, sign in at storage10x.com/library, choose photos and download the originals.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings, then Delete Account. On a computer, sign in at storage10x.com/library, open Account, then Delete Account. This cannot be undone.
