What cleaner10x does

cleaner10x moves the photos and videos in your iPhone's photo library to your own Cloud Library, so that you can free up space on your iPhone. A photo is removed from your iPhone only after it is in your Cloud Library, and only when you confirm it in the iPhone's own Delete dialog. You can see your Cloud Library in the app and on storage10x.com, and download your photos and videos.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. Your Cloud Library belongs to the Apple Account you sign in with. Keep that Apple Account: it is how you get your Cloud Library back on a new iPhone. You can delete your account in the app's settings or in Account on storage10x.com. After you delete it, nobody can open your account or your Cloud Library, and it cannot be undone.

Your photos

Your photos and videos are yours. We use them only to keep and show your Cloud Library to you. We do not sell them, show them to others or use them for anything else.

Plans and payments

• The free plan starts at 5 GB. You can get more free space each day you open the app and when friends you invite free up space for the first time.
• Paid plans are weekly, yearly or lifetime. In the app, Apple charges you and Apple's terms apply to the payment, renewal and refunds. On storage10x.com, Stripe charges you in US dollars.
• Weekly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. Cancel in your iPhone's settings for a plan bought in the app, and on storage10x.com for a plan bought there. A plan you cancel stays until the end of the period you paid for.
• A lifetime plan is one payment with no renewals. It lasts as long as cleaner10x runs your Cloud Library. You can move up to a bigger lifetime plan by paying the difference. Lifetime plans do not move down.
• If your photos use more than your plan, moving goes on. You can free up space on your iPhone only up to your plan.

What you must not do

Do not use cleaner10x for anything unlawful, to keep content you have no right to keep, or to harm cleaner10x or other people. We can close an account that does so.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep your Cloud Library complete and available, but cleaner10x is given as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes

We may change these terms. We tell you in the app before an important change applies to you.
